Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for most orders. The delivery time for standard shipping is generally 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: We also provide expedited shipping options for quicker delivery, typically 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
  • Free Shipping: For eligible orders over a certain amount, we offer free standard shipping. The free shipping threshold will be specified at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination. You will see the available shipping methods and rates before finalizing your order.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the United States and select international locations. If you are outside the United States, please check during checkout to see if we deliver to your country. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery times for domestic orders vary based on the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, and expedited options take 2-3 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier. These orders may take 7-21 business days, depending on the customs process and international shipping times.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted locations. Please ensure that you provide a valid and deliverable physical address during checkout.

7. Shipping Issues

If you encounter any issues with shipping, such as delayed delivery, damaged goods, or missing packages, please contact us at info@lexotechcar.net. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is confirmed as lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please contact us if you believe your order has been lost.

9. International Shipping

For international orders, Lexotech Car is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the shipping process. The customer is responsible for any such charges when the order reaches its destination.
